The house is rented furnished and has three bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, toilet, patio /dock and garden. Total 6 beds, one double bed in the bedroom on the lower floor and two single beds per room on the upper floor. Bed linen, towels, utensils, barbecue and TV. The boat is easy to handle Cresent 465 rowboat with 30hp Yamaha outboard engine. Life jackets hanging in the hall!

Distance to Gothenburg is about 30 minutes. Supermarket and bus stop within walking distance.
